Yes, you can update your email address on the waitlist. Here's how to do it.
How to update your email
To update your email address on the waitlist, please contact our support team:
- Send an email to support@orivela.ai
- Include your current email address
- Provide the new email address you'd like to use
- We'll update your waitlist entry and confirm
Will I keep my position?
Yes! When you update your email address, you'll keep your original waitlist position. We simply update the email associated with your entry.
Important notes
- Make sure to use an email you have access to
- All future communications will go to your new email
- Your early access invitation will be sent to the updated email
- The update usually takes 1-2 business days
Can I add multiple emails?
Each waitlist entry is limited to one email address. If you need access for multiple team members, each person should sign up separately with their own email.
