Get up and running with Orivela AI in minutes

Step 1: Sign Up

Create your Orivela AI account. You'll need a valid email address and will be asked to verify it.

Step 2: Configure Business Settings

Navigate to Settings and add your business information:

  • Business name and description
  • Business hours
  • Services offered
  • Contact information
  • AI tone and personality

Step 3: Set Up Knowledge Base

Add your FAQs and documents to help the AI answer customer questions accurately:

  • Create FAQ items for common questions
  • Upload documents with detailed information
  • Organize content by category

Step 4: Connect Channels

Integrate your communication channels:

  • Voice: Connect your Twilio phone number
  • SMS: Configure Twilio SMS webhooks
  • Email: Set up SendGrid for email automation

Step 5: Test Your Setup

Use the Playground to test your AI assistant before going live:

  • Test SMS conversations
  • Generate email drafts
  • Verify AI responses are accurate

Step 6: Go Live

Once everything is configured and tested, your AI assistant is ready to handle customer interactions 24/7!
