Configure SendGrid for email automation with Orivela AI

Prerequisites

• SendGrid account (sign up at sendgrid.com)
• Verified sender domain or email address
• API key with Mail Send permissions

Step 1: Create API Key

In SendGrid, navigate to Settings → API Keys and create a new API key with "Mail Send" permissions.

Step 2: Verify Sender

Verify your sender email address or domain in SendGrid. This is required to send emails.

Step 3: Add to Orivela AI

In your Orivela AI dashboard, add your SendGrid credentials:

• API Key
• From Email Address

Email Templates

Orivela AI can use SendGrid templates for consistent email formatting. Configure templates in SendGrid and reference them in your settings.
