Overview

The Calendly integration allows your AI assistant to detect when customers want to schedule appointments and automatically provide Calendly links or suggest available time slots.

Setup Options

Option 1: Public Link (Simplest)

Simply provide your public Calendly link. The AI will share this link when customers express interest in scheduling.

Option 2: API Integration (Advanced)

For more control, use the Calendly API to:

• Check real-time availability
• Suggest specific time slots
• Create bookings automatically
• Send confirmation emails

3. Configure timezone and event types
