Twilio SMS Setup

Configure your Twilio phone number to receive SMS messages:

1. Get a Twilio phone number with SMS capability
2. Set SMS webhook URL in Twilio console
3. Configure webhook to: https://yourdomain.com/api/twilio/sms
4. Add Twilio credentials to Orivela AI

How It Works

When a customer sends an SMS to your Twilio number:

1. Twilio forwards the message to Orivela AI
2. AI processes the message and generates a response
3. Response is sent back via Twilio
4. Conversation context is maintained per phone number
